The letter said:

The seminar held under the co-auspices of the Korea National Insurance Corporation and the Federation of Afro-Asian Insurers and Reinsurers has contributed to enhancing the mission and role of the insurance industry for securing the life and the property of mankind, the most valuable being of the world, from the natural catastrophes and for fostering stable socio-economic development.

Furthermore, the seminar has been a good opportunity to deepen mutual understanding and business ties among insurers of Asia, Africa, Europe and other parts of the world through this get-together and exchange.

On the basis of the successful seminar, we shall endeavor to promote healthy development of national insurance industry in our own countries, strengthen international cooperation and exchange in underwriting business and to maintain close business relationship with Korean insurers as well.

We were able to see achievements made by the Korean people in building a thriving nation and a healthy insurance industry under Your Excellency's wise leadership and to witness a true and vigorous aspect of your country full of optimism and a firm belief in your just cause.

The letter sincerely wished Kim Jong Un good heath and happiness for the prosperity of the DPRK and durable peace and security of the world as well as greater success in his noble work.
