Pyongyang, June 13 (KCNA) -- The South Headquarters of the Pan-national Alliance for Korea's Reunification (Pomminryon) released a statement titled "Let's eliminate the forces following the U.S. through united actions" on June 10.

In June, 25 years ago, the land of south Korea shook with public shouts of slogans "Down with dictatorship!" and "No U.S.!", the statement noted, and went on:

It was an expression of strong desire of the people to win sovereignty and marked a historical occasion which infused great energy into the struggle for independent reunification.

The south-north relations were brought to a collapse and a touch-and-go situation is prevailing on the Korean Peninsula due to Lee Myung Bak.

The statement accused Lee Myung Bak and Park Geun Hye of cracking down upon the pro-reunification democratic forces, personages of opposition parties and all people supporting the June 15 joint declaration by branding them as "forces following the north."

If all people struggle in unity, they can foil the rampage of the dictatorial power and root out the pro-U.S. and pro-Japanese "regime," it noted.

The statement called upon the people from all walks of life to bear deep in mind the idea of "By our nation itself" and frustrate the conspiratorial racket of the present "government" authorities and focus all efforts on the movement for punishing Lee and Park and all other forces serving the U.S.
