The statement accused the conservative ruling forces of intensifying the suppression of the members of the South Headquarters of Pomminryon and threatening the people supporting the June 15 joint declaration under the pretext of "eliminating the forces following the north."

It slammed Lee Myung Bak and Park Geun Hye for having revived the erstwhile fascist dictatorship and reduced south Korea to a permanent colony of the U.S. and society where human rights are suppressed and unethical crimes are rife.

It also accused the Lee "government" of branding the south-north cooperation and exchanges as illegal though they had been legally allowed in the period of preceding regimes.

The South Headquarters expressed the will to stage courageous actions against the U.S. and the corrupt Lee fascist regime keen on moves for a war against the north, while kicking up the ruckus for eliminating the "forces following the north."

The statement called upon all people to launch actions to frustrate the repressive campaign of the conservative ruling forces and set up a democratic government.
