Kim Jong Il's Feats Praised by Myanmar Political Figure

Pyongyang, June 15 (KCNA) -- Aung Thein Lynn, member of the Central Executive Committee of the Union Solidarity and Development Party, Union of Myanmar, issued a statement on June 8 to observe the 48th anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il's start of work at the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.

Kim Jong Il wisely led the WPK and the army and the people of the DPRK with his original idea, outstanding leadership and noble virtues, performing undying feats for the country, revolution, times and history, the statement said, and went on:

His distinguished feat is that he perfectly settled the issue of the inheritance of leadership for the destiny of the country and the people and the future of revolution.
