At the meeting the chairman of the Federation had a tonsure in protest against it.

A written declaration was read out there.

The declaration disclosed the fact that the "government" is working hard to build such a hospital in Songdo by instituting detailed enforcement regulations including "ordinance for the enforcement of the special law on designation and operation of free economic zone" and the standard for building a hospital.

The "government" authorities are talking about the advance of medical industry and the opening of investment in development but their purpose is to build such hospital to rake up huge profit at the sacrifice of people's health and lives, the declaration said.

The Federation will wage dynamic actions to check the authorities' plan for introducing the profit-making hospital, seek the resignation of the minister of Health and Welfare and realize free healthcare, it stressed.
