Attending it were members of the European Regional Committee of the Overseas Side Committee for Implementing the June 15 Joint Declaration, the European Regional Headquarters of the Pan-national Alliance for Korea's Reunification, the Society for Cooperation among Koreans in Germany, "One-Korean Nation European Solidarity" and other compatriots' bodies and over 100 Koreans from Russia, France, Canada and the U.S.

The participants in the event observed a moment's silence in memory of the pro-reunification patriotic martyrs.

Read out there were the messages of greeting and solidarity sent from the North Side, South Side, Canadian regional and Chinese regional Committees for Implementing the June 15 Joint Declaration on the occasion.

Then followed a lecture on implementing the joint declaration and speeches.

A reception was given on the occasion that day.
