An inaugural ceremony took place in Erfurt City on June 11.

Torsten Schoevitz, vice-chairman of the Communist Party of Germany, was elected chief of the group.

He said in his speech at the ceremony that he keenly realized the greatness and vitality of the Juche idea through his participation in the World Congress on the Juche Idea and visit to the DPRK, evincing his resolution to study hard the works of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il and widely disseminate them.

A message to the dear respected Kim Jong Un was adopted at the ceremony.
