The statement condemned the Lee Myung Bak group and some media of south Korea for maliciously defaming the recent celebrations of the 66th anniversary of the Korean Children's Union.

No sooner had the south Korean puppet authorities seized power than they totally negated the historic north-south declarations at the instruction of the U.S. ruling quarters, it said, and went on:

These declarations were hailed by the world, saying peace could settle on the Korean Peninsula.

Through the current provocations of the Lee Myung Bak group of traitors the world clearly learned that the war maniacs of south Korea and the U.S. were inferior to the children of the DPRK in the sense of reason.

The south Korean authorities should apologize for their shameless acts and stop the moves to escalate the confrontation with the DPRK.
