At the meeting speakers accused the company side of informing the workers of the cancellation of contracts and lay-off in August.

This is aimed to scrap the contracts with the workers and forcibly fire them under the pretext of lay-off, they said.

The workers can never stop their protest as long as the company side persists in lay-off, they stressed, declaring the unionists would get united close in their actions till their demands are met.
