He stressed the need for the farms associated with undying leadership feats of great persons of Mt. Paektu to take the lead in manuring and cultivating crops on a scientific and technical basis as required by the recent weather conditions and their biological features.

True to the WPK's call to enlist and concentrate all efforts on farming, the premier took measures for the supply of greater quantities of farming materials to farms.

He also visited the construction site of Mammary Gland Center at the Pyongyang Maternity Hospital.
