The Bolivia-DPRK Friendship Association noted: The DPRK is the most popular socialist country which spares nothing for the future of children. The congratulatory speech of Kim Jong Un and the recent celebrations of the KCU anniversary made us optimistic about the bright future of the DPRK.

The Kim Jong Il Library in Ecuador and the Ecuadorian Group of the Young Soldiers of Juche in their joint statement said that the congratulatory speech of Kim Jong Un is a historic declaration made to the whole world that Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il's great outlook on the future and the rising generation whereby they loved and valued children most is being successfully and invariably carried forward in the era of Kim Jong Un.

The Peruvian Group for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism in a statement said that the Korean Children's Union would successfully carry out its mission and role under the leadership of Kim Jong Un in the future, too.

The Peruvian Committee for Supporting the Independent and Peaceful Reunification of Korea said that the world was touched at the noble virtues of Kim Jong Un, who made an important speech so that the children might grow up stoutly, regarding them as the precious treasures responsible for the future destiny of the country and the nation.

It fully supported his congratulatory speech, expressing firm belief that the children of the DPRK would grow up to be reserves for accomplishing the Juche-oriented cause of socialism and national reunification.
