Korean People's Effort for Building Thriving Nation Supported by Peruvian Parties, Organization

Pyongyang, June 21 (KCNA) -- The Socialist Party of Peru issued a statement on June 13 and the General Kim Jong Il Peruvian Amicable Institute and the Peruvian National Independent Movement for Free Voting's Union a joint statement on June 12 as regards the publication of the dear respected Kim Jong Un's work "The Great Comrade Kim Il Sung Is the Eternal Leader of Our Party and People".

The statements said that Kim Jong Un in his work systematized in an integral way the revolutionary feats of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il who devoted their whole life to socialism, the people and global independence.

As recognized by the world, the President was a prominent statesman, thinker and theoretician and a great sage in the 20th century who believed in the people as in Heaven, they noted.

By pursuing the Songun politics, Kim Jong Il shattered the moves of the imperialist allied forces against the DPRK, defended the socialist cause and turned the DPRK into a strong political and military power and a nuclear weapons state, they added.

The statements expressed conviction that led by supreme leader Kim Jong Un, the Workers' Party of Korea and the Korean people would certainly win victory in the effort to build a thriving socialist nation and achieve the independent and peaceful reunification of the country.
