Pyongyang, June 25 (KCNA) -- The British Association for the Study of Songun Policy, the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea and the British Branch of the Korean Friendship Association issued a joint statement on June 11 on the lapse of ten years since the U.S. forces in south Korea brutally killed schoolgirls Sim Mi Son and Sin Hyo Sun. The two schoolgirls were ruthlessly run over by a U.S. armored car, the statement recalled, and went on: The south Korean "government" authorities are not invested with the right to judge GIs who committed murderous crimes in south Korea. The U.S. is enjoying extraterritorial rights by the south Korea-U.S. "Status of Forces Agreement". This grants Americans colonialist privilege in south Korea and thus let them go unpunished though they commit heinous crimes while going on the rampage. The killing clearly shows that the U.S. imperialists are the Korean people's sworn enemy whom they cannot exist together. During the past Korean War the U.S. imperialists mercilessly massacred millions of Koreans in Sinchon in the northern half of Korea, Rogun-ri of south Korea and other places. Killing, robbery, rape and other crimes by the U.S. imperialists are still going on in south Korea. The U.S. imperialist aggression forces in south Korea are the root cause of all crimes and degeneration. The British Association for the Study of Songun Policy, the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea and the British Branch of the Korean Friendship Association demand a clear investigation into the case and stern punishment of those murderers. We demand the U.S. imperialist aggression forces, the root cause of misfortune of the south Korean people, be withdrawn from south Korea immediately and unconditionally. |
