The bulletin carried the gist of the congratulatory speech made by the dear respected Kim Jong Un at the meeting together with a photo of him present at the joint national meeting of the Korean Children's Union (KCU) organizations in celebration of its 66th birthday.

He in his speech expressed his steadfast will to invariably carry forward the noble outlook of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il on future and the rising generation.

He also indicated tasks and ways for bringing up the KCU members to be reserves, knowledgeable, virtuous and healthy, who will be responsible for the future destiny of the country and the nation.
