S. Korea to Buy U.S. Secondhand Combat Cars for Use at Anti-DPRK War
Pyongyang, June 26 (KCNA) -- The south Korean Lee Myung Bak regime is going to "introduce U.S. mine-proof special combat cars for use in operation of combat engineers" to clear the ways to the north when there breaks out "emergency in the north", according to the south Korean World Daily on June 19. The mission of the special combat cars is to remove mines planted in the north side of the Military Demarcation Line (MDL), said the daily.

Minju Joson on Tuesday observes in a bylined commentary in this regard:

There existed so far many fanatics who escalated confrontation with compatriots but no such warmongers who openly abetted breakthrough of the MDL and sped up preparation for it.

In fact, the Lee group of traitors is beset with the danger of emergency. The group is now driven into a tight corner by the people home and abroad for the crimes it perpetrated while in power. Under such situation the group is accelerating anti-north war preparations, citing "emergency in the north". This is nothing but a reflection of its sinister intention to remain in power under the wings of the U.S.

What can not be tolerated is the Lee group's reckless act of fattening up the U.S. by laying in secondhand goods.

The combat cars the U.S. is going to sell to south Korea are worn-out things used in the Afghan war. The U.S. is pretending to be generous by selling off tens of thousands of cars whose disposal it was troubled with.

Lee group's aim is to curry favor with the U.S. in order to survive deposal under the protection of it first and invade the DPRK some time later.

But its rabid moves are a suicidal act hastening its doom.
