Football Matches between DPRK, China Held in Pyongyang

| Pyongyang, June 26 (KCNA) -- A U-19 football friendly between the DPRK and China took place at Yanggakdo Football Stadium in Pyongyang on Tuesday. The match ended in a tie 3:3. Both the DPRK and China are qualified for the 2012 Asian U-19 Football Championship. The DPRK belongs to Group C, along with Jordan, Vietnam and Uzbekistan. It came first in the 2006 and 2010 Asian U-19 Football Championships. China is to play in Group B. The Chinese team beat the DPRK's Taesongsan Football Team 2:0 in a match held on June 23. |
