Lectures, book and photo exhibitions, film shows and seminars on the exploits took place in Norway and India from June 12 to 19.

At the events personages of those countries praised the exploits performed by Kim Jong Il in party building.

The chairman of the Communist Party of Norway said in a lecture that Kim Jong Il made sure that the idea of President Kim Il Sung, the founder of the WPK, was taken as the guiding idea of the party.

Balzor Singh Chauhan, chairman of the Indian Youth Group for the Study of Works of Comrade Kim Il Sung, said in his speech that Kim Jong Il performed great exploits in party building while leading the WPK for nearly half a century.

S. P. Pathak, chairman of the Indian Society for the Study of Works of Kim Jong Il, said that the WPK could steadily develop into a veteran and experienced ever-victorious party vigorously advancing along the road of socialism without an error or deviation in shaping line, enjoying absolute support and trust of the popular masses, as it was led by Kim Jong Il.

The director of a company of India said that the 4th Conference of the WPK decided to hold him as its eternal general secretary, adding this clearly demonstrated before the international community that his idea and cause will be ever-lasting.
