Song "Forward to Final Victory" Inspires Korean People

Pyongyang, June 29 (KCNA) -- Recently, song "Forward to Final Victory" was created in the people in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. The song reflects the spirit of the times and the stamina of the DPRK that is speeding up the building of a thriving socialist nation under the guidance of the dear respected Kim Jong Un. The thriving socialist nation means single-minded unity and invincible military strength plus the industrial revolution in the new century. It reminds one of the military parade that took place in celebration of the centenary of the birth of President Kim Il Sung. It also tells how the DPRK advanced under the guidance of the great Generalissimos and what is the goal for final victory to be attained by its people in response to the call of the Workers' Party of Korea. The song hardens the will of the Korean army and people to devote their all to the prosperity of the country with high national pride. Hong Kwang Sun, vice-minister of Culture, told KCNA: "The song is just a powerful trumpet call of the revolution encouraging the army and people in the drive to build a thriving nation as well as a stirring drumbeat of victory. It is a picture of the DPRK that all the people are advancing toward prosperity under the guidance of the WPK and the blessing of the peerlessly great men." Jon Chang Bok, a general officer of the Korean People's Army, said: "The song is like an appeal for the building of a thriving country. We, servicepersons, will fully discharge our duty in defending and carrying on the revolution, while reliably guaranteeing the cause of the WPK by dint of the invincible military strength." Jo Kyong Jun, head of the State Merited Chorus, said that singing this song, the Korean people would surely build a thriving socialist nation in which they will enjoy all the benefits. Kim Haeng Son, a department director at Kim Chaek University of Technology, said: "I will devote all my wisdom and efforts to laying scientific and technological foundations for the building of a thriving nation." |
