The imperialists who are going against peace have beefed up their armed forces in an unprecedented manner in the world including the Asia-Pacific region, in the waters off the Korean Peninsula, in particular. The Japanese militarist forces have intensified their moves to turn Japan into a military giant and realize nuclear weaponization, availing themselves of the U.S. strategy.

The Korean Peninsula is inching toward a war and the region of Northeast Asia is embroiled in a fresh arms race due to the reckless military racket of the U.S. All these circumstances clearly prove that the U.S. is the chief culprit of destroying peace and security in the peninsula and the rest of Northeast Asia.

Progressive countries and people have made strenuous efforts to build an independent and peaceful new world defying the escalated criminal moves of the imperialist and domination forces.

Leaders of Mexico, Peru and Chile signed a treaty of founding a Pacific union, member nations of the Organization of American States (OAS) declared that they would reform the U.S.-led OAS to end its existing system and Russia has made positive efforts for founding a Eurasian union.

Meanwhile, international efforts have been boosted for settling disputes and achieving peace and stability.

The more desperately the imperialist and domination forces make efforts to enforce their hegemonic and high-handed policy, the fiercer the regional organizations become in opposing their moves. Nothing can block this dynamic stream.
