The organization in the questionnaire accused the "government" authorities of reneging on their promise to promote the conclusion of a military agreement with Japan through debate at the "National Assembly" and dealing with it among themselves in secret.

This prompted society to raise a question about the authorities' rough-and-ready promotion of the agreement and send the questionnaire to them demanding a clarification of the truth, it noted.

It demanded the "government" promptly open to the public the records of relevant meetings and the original text of the agreement.

It also urged the "government" to make clear how it discussed with Japan the issue of the agreement.
