The U.S. is now becoming undisguised in its moves for arms buildup against the DPRK and aggravating the tension on the Korean Peninsula while staging joint military exercises in league with the Japanese reactionaries and the south Korean puppet group, the statement said.

The U.S. hostile act is contrary to the aspiration of the Korean people and the world people, it noted, and went on:

The Japanese militarists are going to dispatch aggressor forces to south Korea in an attempt to legalize overseas dispatch of the "Self-Defense Forces" which is prohibited by the constitution.

The statement condemned the treacheries of the Lee Myung Bak group of traitors for trampling down the desire of the nation for reunification, kowtowing to its masters, the U.S. and Japan, and resorting to the moves against the DPRK and reunification.

No matter how desperately the enemies of the DPRK may try, they can never realize their ambition, it stressed.

Those who seek to ignite a war should clearly know that any aggression plan will be foiled by the Korean People's Army, possessed of high military capacities and closely united with the people, it warned.
