DPRK Confers Doctorate on Chief of the Institute of Technology of Yanbian University of China

| Pyongyang, July 4 (KCNA) -- Choe Mun Il, chief of the Institute of Technology of Yanbian University of China, received a doctorate of the DPRK. He studied the structural diagram suitable for the quake-proof high-rise building of steel structure and its seismic analysis and contributed to the completion of the quake-proof structure design. An awarding ceremony took place at the Mansudae Assembly Hall on Wednesday. |
