S. Korean "Government" Accused of Covering Up Japan's Past Crimes
Pyongyang, July 4 (KCNA) -- Civic and social organizations in south Korea denounced the "government" authorities for working hard to conclude a military agreement with Japan, which committed indelible crimes against the Korean nation.

The Federation of Anti-Japanese Independence Movement Organizations in a statement on June 28 said that an attempt to conclude a military agreement with Japan, keen to grab Tok Islets far from making apology and reparation for the issue of comfort women for the Imperial Japanese Army and other crimes, is little short of covering up its past crimes.

The federation urged the "government" to stop at once the moves to conclude the agreement.

The Kwangbok Association in a statement on the same day denounced Japan for refusing to make apology and reparation for having invaded Korea and perpetrated massacres and plunder in the past.

The association demanded Japan halt its reckless acts.
