S. Korean Authorities to Arrest Vice-Chairman of Pomminryon South Headquarters

Pyongyang, July 4 (KCNA) -- The south Korean public security authorities declared that they would arrest Ro Su Hui, vice-chairman of the South Headquarters of the Pan-national Alliance for Korea's Reunification (Pomminryon), immediately after his return to south Korea on charges of the violation of the notorious "Security Law", according to the KBS of south Korea on Tuesday.

The authorities threatened that they would arrest Ro, who visited the north without the "government" permission and encouraged and praised the north.

On the day, the South Headquarters of Pomminryon held a press conference. Ro's visit to Pyongyang to participate in the memorial service to mark the 100th day since the demise of leader Kim Jong Il was the due etiquette for a member of the same nation, it said, denouncing the authorities' attempt to punish him on charges of the violation of law as an act of violating the spirit of the joint declaration.
