Plan for Cooperation Signed between DPRK, Vietnam

| Pyongyang, July 5 (KCNA) -- A plan for cooperation in the fields of standardization, measurement and product quality control for 2012-2013 was signed between the DPRK State Commission of Quality Control and the Vietnamese Directorate for Standards and Quality in Hanoi on Tuesday. Present at the signing ceremony from the DPRK side were members of the delegation of the State Commission of Quality Control of the DPRK led by Chairman Choe Kwang Rae and the economic and commercial councilor of the DPRK embassy in Hanoi and from the Vietnamese side Ngo Quy Viet, director general of the Directorate for Standards and Quality, and officials concerned. It was inked by Choe Kwang Rae and Ngo Quy Viet. |
