On the occasion of the 18th anniversary of the demise of HE President Kim Il Sung, the greatest and prominent leader of the Korean people, allow me to express the greatest admiration and high tribute to the most outstanding and prominent statesman and hero who is always remembered not only by my dear parents and the Cambodian people but by all other people for having led the most heroic Korean people to liberation with his noble patriotism and heroism unprecedented in history and turned the DPRK into a steadily developing country.

It is my firm belief that that you will steadily carry forward the cause of peace, stability and development on the Korean Peninsula as President Kim Il Sung and Generalissimo Kim Jong Il did.

I assure you of my strong attachment to the friendly and deep relations that closely link our two countries.
