Kim Il Sung's Feats Lauded by Foreign Media
Pyongyang, July 11 (KCNA) -- Papers of various countries carried special write-ups to commemorate the 18th anniversary of the demise of President Kim Il Sung.

The Indian paper Indian and World Event on July 3 dedicated one whole page to the special write-up illustrated with a portrait of smiling Kim Il Sung.

The paper in an article titled "Lasting reverence" praised the President as a great man who enjoyed deep reverence from the world people century after century, age after age.

The paper elaborated on significant celebrations of the centenary of his birth in the DPRK and foreign countries in April.

The Bangladeshi paper Ekota on July 4 in an article titled "Great man of century" lauded the undying feats the President performed by founding the Juche idea and clearly indicating the road to be followed by humankind.

His exploits of illuminating the way of the humankind for independence and progress will shine long, it added.

The Nigerian paper Nigerian Observer on July 2 carried an article introducing the leadership feats of the President who conducted energetic activities for the liberation of the country and the happiness of its people.

The banner of independence held aloft by the President is becoming a great engine instilling strength and courage into the Korean people and the progressive people throughout the world, the paper added.
