U.S. President Barack Obama continues implementing the plan of his predecessor George W. Bush to destabilize the political system in Cuba, said Alarcon, adding that the U.S. administration decided to allocate an additional 20 million USD to the funds the U.S. uses to try to undermine the Cuban society.

He accused the U.S. of mulling setting up in Cuba an unpopular political system utterly ignorant of the popular masses' role.
