Anniversary of Kim Il Sung's Demise Marked Abroad
Pyongyang, July 12 (KCNA) -- Meetings for remembering President Kim Il Sung took place in Peru, India and Bangladesh between July 2 and 4 on the occasion of the 18th anniversary of his demise.

Displayed in the venues were books and photos introducing the immortal revolutionary exploits of the peerlessly great men, Kim Il Sung and General Secretary Kim Jong Il.

Rolando Brena Pantoja, general secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Peru "Red Motherland", praised Kim Il Sung as the most outstanding statesman, adding that he is alive in the hearts of not only the Korean people but the world progressives.

Carlos Roca, international secretary of the American Popular Revolutionary Alliance of Peru, lauded the President as father of all people who embraced even foreigners with differing ideology and political view.

Balzor Singh Chauhan, chairman of the Indian Youth Group for the Study of Works of Comrade Kim Il Sung, said that the image of the President who devoted his life to the people's happiness has been cherished in the hearts of not only the Korean people but the world progressives as kind-hearted father.

Garib Newaz, president of the Bangladesh People's League, wished the Korean people great success in their struggle to build an economic power and accomplish the cause of national reunification under the wise leadership of the dear respected Kim Jong Un.
