Present there from the DFRK side were members of the delegation led by Director of its Secretariat Kim Wan Su and the DPRK ambassador to Laos and from the NCFL side were Chairman of its Central Committee Phandoaungchit Vongsa, its Standing Vice-Chairman Tong Yeu Tho who is chairman of Laos-Korea Friendship Association, and officials concerned.

At the talks both sides exchanged views on boosting the friendly and cooperative relations between the two organizations and matters of mutual concern.

The talks proceeded in a friendly atmosphere.
