Lao Vice-President Praises Single-minded Unity and Invincible Military Power of DPRK

Pyongyang, July 12 (KCNA) -- Lao Vice-President Bounnhang Vorachith, member of the Political Bureau and permanent secretary of the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party (LPRP), on July 10 met and had a talk with the visiting delegation of the Central Committee of the Democratic Front for the Reunification of Korea headed by Director of its Secretariat Kim Wan Su.

The vice-president recalled that General Secretary Kim Jong Il and the dear respected Kim Jong Un received Choummaly Sayasone, general secretary of the LPRP and president of Laos, adding that it was a landmark event in developing the traditional friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries.

It is the biggest achievements of the Korean people that they attained the single-minded unity and built an invincible military power, he said, adding that the LPRP and the Workers' Party of Korea have traditional friendly relations.

He referred to the fact that the recent visits of high-ranking delegations between the two countries contributed to the development of the bilateral friendly relations.
