In May this year, the dear respected Kim Jong Un visited the department store ready for opening, indicating detailed tasks and ways for its operation.

Thak Hwa Suk, manager of the department store, told KCNA:

"The department store represents the dear respected Kim Jong Un's noble love for posterity. Thanks to his loving care, the store has turned to be a stylish commercial service centre for children.

During his tour, he touched on down-to-earth issues ranging from procurement of goods to production of toys and building of indoor playground.

Looking round the store, he said it was planned to build a large toy factory and that through the visit to the store he had the confidence in the plan and renewed his resolve to devotedly work for children.

Later, he sent to the store 2 296 entertainment apparatuses of 28 kinds for indoor playgrounds."

Ri Myong Suk, a floor-manager of the store, said that the store is associated with Kim Jong Un's love for posterity.
