Among them were the chairman and the secretary general of the National Leading Council of the Diversity Party of Indonesia, the chairman and the first secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Norway, the chairman of the Communist Party in Denmark, the general secretary of the Central Committee of the Czechoslovak Communist Party and the general secretary and the international secretary of the Central Committee of the French Revolutionary Communist League.

Senders of messages and letters included a secretary of the Central Committee of the Slovak Communist Party, the chairman of the Afro-Asian People's Solidarity Organization, the secretary general of the International Liaison Committee for Reunification and Peace in Korea and other high-ranking personages in political, social and economic circles from Russia, Philippines, Norway, Demark, Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, the Czech Republic, France, Finland, Britain, Austria, Iceland, Brazil, Colombia and Peru and representatives of organizations for supporting Korea's reunification and friendship organizations.

They in their congratulatory messages and letters expressed belief that the Korean people, closely rallied around Kim Jong Un, would dynamically struggle for bringing earlier the country's independent reunification under the uplifted banner of the inter-Korean joint declaration.
