The court sentenced him to one and a quarter year in jail and one year's probation accusing him of posting articles praising President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il and introducing the advantages of the Juche idea and the Songun politics on homepage.

Song asserted he couldn't accept the judgment of the jurisdiction authorities which aims to block the reunification movement by means of probation.

He expressed his will to invariably struggle for national reunification, saying that the more the authorities suppress the champions of the reunification, the more ardent the south Koreans will become in their desire to remove the barrier of division.
