Present there were more than 130 000 workers of at least 210 trade union branches under the federation.

It warned that it would launch the second and third general strikes in case its demands such as ban on nighttime labor, abolition of part-time job, etc. are not met.

Meanwhile, the Banking Industrial Trade Union Federation held a press conference on the same day at which it said it agreed to stage a general strike for wage hike, reduction of labor hour, ban on part-time job, etc.
