A flotilla of the Black Sea Fleet made up of a patrol craft, large landing crafts and logistic ships started its planned duty in the Mediterranean, according to the Defense Ministry of Russia on July 13.

It is said that their crewmen are now conducting drills for mutual cooperation, communications, anti-air raid and anti-submarine operations and will stage joint naval maneuvers in the Mediterranean with warships of the Arctic Sea and Baltic Sea fleets.
