Present there were Kim Ki Nam, secretary of the C.C., the Workers' Party of Korea, Ri Yong Su, department director of the C.C., the WPK, and delegates elected at provincial (municipal) conferences of the GFTUK.

Officials concerned were present there as observers.

There was discussion on the agenda items on the tasks of the GFTUK to hold leader Kim Jong Il in high esteem for all ages as the eternal leader of the WPK and revolution and accomplish the Juche cause, Songun revolutionary cause generation after generation under the leadership of the dear respected Kim Jong Un and on revision of the rules of the GFTUK. Decisions were made on them.
