The Russian paper Patriot Nos. 25 and 26 carried an article titled "Life for people" and several other articles with photos of Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il.

In an article titled "Immortal idea and cause of Comrade Kim Il Sung" the paper praised him as the world political elder and outstanding leader of the international labor movement and the national liberation movement.

One of the feats he performed is that he founded the great Juche idea and successfully applied it to the Korean revolution. His idea and cause are being given continuity in the DPRK, the article said.

The Egyptian paper Al-Misaiya on July 10 in an article titled "Shining august name" noted: The august name of the President is throwing its rays as a symbol of the national liberation and the era of independence. He is the great sun who clearly indicated the path of the rebirth and prosperity of the Korean nation. He positively supported the people of different countries in their struggle for national liberation and building of a new society.
