The heat treatment device is of high applicable value. Far infrared ray helps fabrics get resonance absorption of heat. The radiator makes it possible for cloth to pass through heat treatment process 1.5 times faster than before. And it needs less consumption of electricity.

The previous heat treatment device takes 2-3 hours to raise temperature up to 170 or 180 degrees Celsius, but only 30 minutes are enough for the new one.

With this new device heat treatment can be done in temperature 50 to 60 degrees Celsius lower than the previous one. The device is easily applicable with low cost.

Kim Yong Su, chief engineer at the Pyongyang Children's Knitted Goods Factory, told KCNA that the new device improves the quality of goods while sharply raising the production efficiency.
