The statement said that shortly ago, men who infiltrated into the DPRK to blow up a statue and grand monument at the instructions of the south Korean puppet intelligence agency were detected and arrested.

It denounced the U.S. and the clan of puppet traitors in south Korea for prodding vicious defectors to south Korea and traitors to such actions.

It branded the recent plot as the most hideous terrorism targeting the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK and the serious state-sponsored terrorism wantonly breaching international law.

It said the U.S. and the south Korean regime are sadly mistaken if they think they can succeed in stirring up the people's mindset and breaking the single-minded unity of the DPRK by egging human scum on to conduct such sabotage.

That day, the Youth Federation of Koreans in China also released a statement titled "We will eliminate U.S. imperialists and Lee Myung Bak group of traitors going reckless in their move against DPRK from this planet to the last man".
