All witnesses, material evidence and testimonies made by the conspirator indict the U.S. and Lee regime for the hideous sabotage and subversion acts, a product of the master and its stooge and unprecedented terrorism against a country. With nothing can the regime negate this.

The recent anti-DPRK terrorism planned by the Lee regime proved who was behind the unresolved cases, which the public at home and abroad is still skeptical about.

Nothing will be surprising even if catastrophic incident happens on the Korean Peninsula now.

What remains to be done by the DPRK is to settle accounts with provokers of the Lee regime as it already made an open declaration of war against the DPRK.
