DPRK People Ready to Stage Just War on Terrorism
Pyongyang, July 22 (KCNA) -- The army and people of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea are now lashing out at the United States and the south Korean regime for their politically-motivated terrorist acts.

Recently Jon Yong Chol, a defector from the north of Korea to the south, told home and foreign reporters here that the U.S. and the south Korean regime have engineered terrorism aimed to destroy statues and monuments, holy places of the DPRK, through formation of such anti-DPRK bodies as the "statue demolition society". Jon was arrested in the DPRK while attempting to conduct such terrorist act.

In this regard, Kim Kyong Bin, an official of Taedonggang Hotel, told KCNA:

"I can hardly repress my towering anger at this fact.

Through this case, the U.S. fully revealed itself as the kingpin of terrorism because it orchestrated and financed such terrorist acts aimed at the supreme leadership of a sovereign state, while calling for "anti-terrorism war".

If the U.S. and the south Korean group of traitors persist in such hostile policy toward the DPRK, its servicepersons and civilians will launch a just war on terrorism to wipe out the sources of all evils."

Ri Myong Hui, head of a workshop of the Pyongyang Children's Foodstuff Factory, said:

"It is high time that we annihilated the Lee Myung Bak clan of rats committing hideous crimes.

The attempted terrorism is no more than last-ditch effort of the lunatic. The Lee group of traitors can never cover up the rays of the sun, no matter how desperately they try in collusion with the U.S."

Jong Hwa Suk, a saleswoman of Pyongyang Department Store No.1, said:

"The recently attempted terrorism by the U.S. and the south Korean regime is little different from a declaration of war on the DPRK.

They will face a stern punishment of history for having schemed to conduct sabotage against the DPRK by using even internationally-banned weapons."
