Russia Steps Up Arms Buildup

| Moscow, July 21 (KCNA) -- The Russian defense ministry plans to create 26 brigades in the army. 10 scout brigades, 14 air brigades belonging to the ground forces and 2 antiaircraft missile brigades will reportedly be organized and deployed under 2020 arms buildup plan. |
