U.S., S. Korea Hit for Committing Treacherous Crimes against Reunification
Pyongyang, July 23 (KCNA) -- A heinous terrorist case against the DPRK was disclosed through testimonies by a terrorist who was

arrested recently. It was the worst treacherous criminal act of hurting all servicepersons and people of the DPRK who are holding the great persons of Mt. Paektu in high esteem as the eternal fathers of the nation. Rodong Sinmun says this in a bylined article Monday. It goes on:

The Lee Myung Bak regime of south Korea, far from drawing a lesson from the grave situation entailed by a series of its acts of hurting the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK, attempted to commit more heinous terrorist act. This can never be pardoned even after the lapse of tens of thousands of years.

The pride and self-confidence of all the servicepersons and people of the DPRK who are holding in high esteem the peerlessly great persons as the sun praised by the world people represent their dignity and honor. The U.S. and the Lee Myung Bak group of traitors attempted the heinous terrorist act of hurting the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK even though they were well aware of this. This is a high treason aimed to do harm to the dignity, life and future of all the Koreans as it is an extremely dangerous politically-motivated military provocation.

The heinous terrorist case is the most brutal anti-reunification, anti-peace crime totally denying the improvement of the inter-Korean relations and gravely threatening peace on the Korean Peninsula.

The Lee group's frantic acts of subversion and sabotage such as challenging the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK are a revelation of its foolish attempt at "unification through absorption". The recent case proved that the moves of the U.S. and the puppet group to ignite a war against the DPRK have reached a very grave stage and that a nuclear war may break out on the Korean Peninsula any moment.
