In Cambodia woolen carpet has been considered to be one of things showing sincerity to benefactor.

The special envoy prepared the carpet with deep reverence and best wishes for Kim Il Sung who founded the Juche idea to show the road ahead of the world progressives and rendered sincere support to the Cambodians in the anti-U.S. national salvation struggle.

He said that the gift reflects the unanimous will of the Cambodians to hold the President in high esteem as the lodestar of human liberation. It also carries the ardent wish that the President would enjoy good health and lead the Cambodian people to victory and glory, the envoy added.
