Rodong Sinmun in a bylined commentary Tuesday says in this regard:

Totally ungrounded was traitor Kim Song Hwan's talk about "change in the north's attitude" and "provocation and threat", who tried to curry favor with foreign forces.

If there were any provocation and threat on the Korean Peninsula, they come from foreign forces and the south Korean puppet regime in alignment with them against the DPRK.

The south Korean regime stages war maneuvers almost every day in collusion with foreign forces, straining the situation. It even attempted at the heinous politically-motivated terrorist act, daring hurt the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK.

Kim Song Hwan talked loudly of someone's "provocation and threat" while shelving south Korea's crimes. This is shameless argument just like a thief crying "stop the thief!"
