According to data available, 365 mm of rainfalls were registered in Songchon County, 276 mm in Sinyang County and 260 mm in Pukchang County, South Phyongan Province, 252 mm in Yodok County and 239 mm in Sudong District, South Hamgyong Province and 236 mm in Taegwan County, North Phyongan Province.

It also rained 199 mm and 185 mm respectively in Chonma and Tongchang counties, North Phyongan Province, 192 mm in Songwon County, Jagang Province and over 100 mm in other areas.

In particular, 60 mm of heavy rain fell in Huichon City, Jagang Province from 06:00 to 09:00 and 77 mm in Yodok County, South Hamgyong Province from 15:00 to 18:00 Monday and 40 mm in Pyongyang City from 00:00 to 01:00 and 141 mm in Songchon County, South Phyongan Province from 00:00 to 03:00 Tuesday.
