Congratulations from Russian Party Leader

Pyongyang, July 24 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, first chairman of the DPRK National Defence Commission and supreme commander of the Korean People's Army, received a congratulatory message from V.V. Zhirinovsky, chairman of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia, on July 19.

The message said:

I extend warm congratulations to you on holding the high title of Marshal of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
