This made it possible to supply quality drinking water to households, nurseries, kindergartens, schools and industrial establishments in the city in all seasons without using many motors and water pumps.

The city drew up a design for gravity-fed water supply to residential areas including high-rise apartment houses, scrupulously organized construction and built a reservoir in the high-lying area abundant in water resources of good quality.
