I am convinced that the DPRK will achieve bigger development, prosperity and victory in all fields and play an important role in the region and the world under Your Excellency's outstanding leadership.

The two peoples of Cambodia and the DPRK will win great victory in the future, too, in the historic cause for the unity and ties of friendship and cooperation between the two countries.
